The FEX is unstable - it keeps crashing. We will replace it.

We've finished the reboot. The infrastructure is now stable.

We've rebooted the switch. It's progressively coming back online.

We've replaced the FEX. A fault we've found for the second time is present on the version on the switch (which is the latest version) and is stopping the port remounting online. We will reboot the switch to re-establish service (23.00)
