Outgoing numbers in the call queue are no longer ringing out, we will try to find the origin of the problem.

Following the crash of a consistency script on the databases, a parametre was not read correctly during the reboot.
The call queue servers were generating intra-OVH calls towards the wrong port, Cirpack was therefore rejecting them.

The issue has been resolved for a good half hour.

The script was disabled, it was used during the migrations of c4 towards c5x. It is therefore no longer relevant.

We have identified the source of the problem, we will install the patch on all impacted services.
