Some customers have reported database connection errors to us.
We will investigate.

We have managed to reproduce the case in our laboratory.

We are monitoring more stringently the network card so that we can identify the machines that are causing the issue.

We have potentially found the cause of the error. It may be due to a brief saturation of the web server's network card which prevented all transactions with the SQL server.

We will investigate this further to confirm the cause.
