The portability operator system became inaccessible and caused a delay in dealing with portability requests in Belgium.

The backlog has been dealt with, we will start taking new orders again.

Access to the operator system has been fixed. We are dealing with the backlog of portability requests as a priority before taking any new orders.

There is still no improvement to the operator system, the facility to order portability for Belgium has been suspended in the manager.
We are actively relaunching the authority for Belgian portability.
