Replacement in progress. The infrastructure is redundant so there is no major impact.

The only exception: the vRacks on the networks 178.33.232 and 233 have been isolated from infrastructure as a link has gone down.

The switch is out of action following the incident in Roubaix4 (task #5609). We are replacing it with a spare.
