We are noticing packet loss as of the beginning of the afternoon on this router. We will replace the card with a spare. A dozen of minutes downtime is expected.

Date: 2013-09-01 02:44:27 UTC The spare card is ready in advance (and tested just before) has not booted properly once in the chassis in data. Thus, we have had to replace it with a 2nd spare and postpone the configuration to the morning. We have had a downtime as expected.
The router is now up and we are no longer noticing loss.
