Resolved

Many optical fibers are down out from Frankfurt with
one of our suppliers.
We are talking about Frankfurt/Strasbourg, Frankfurt/Zurich
and Frankfurt/Milan.

The traffic is flowing towards the rest of the network.
Out of the latency a bit over the usual due to network
rescue distances, there's no impact. However, the traffic
Strasbourg/Frankfurt is flawing via Paris then Roubaix.
