Due to the maintenance on the fiber Roubaix<>Paris, task #4706, the routing in Roubaix is degraded. The traffic is flowing only by rbx-g2-a9.

The maintenance on the fiber Roubaix<>Paris is done. The routing is back to normal. We are going to recheck the routing to avoid the re-occurrence if the issue.
