Resolved

We are noticing a routing problem with at least an ip range of the Numericable network : 85.28.64.0/18.
We are searching for the origin of the problem.

We are worrking with the neotelecoms NOC on the problem. We interrupted the peering session on the sfinx and we don't notice problems eversince.
We are going to continue the troubleshooting in collaboration with Neotelecoms.

The problem seems to be more large and does not concern only Numericable but other networks also. It seems that the peering with Neotelecoms on the Sfinx is the cause of the problem.
