The card #1 crashed . We are restarting it.

Even if there was a reboot thereafter a crash at the beginning, the issue wasn't in fact a hardware due to a setting problem of the boot variables. That's why the routing card wasn't booting properly.
The router is working properly now.

The routing module of the card #1 is HS. We are changing the card.
