FS#2545 — FS#6509 — .uk renewal on February 2012

Attached to Project— Domain names
Incident
uk
CLOSED
100%
Some .uk domains renewed in February 2012 appear in the whois with "Renewal required" and an expiration date in 2012 instead of 2014. Some customers have also received an automatic email from the registry.

We contacted Nominet, the concerned domains have been renewed: it is not necessary to renew them again, so you can skip the e-mail of the registry.
The status "Renewal required", will disappear in the coming days, and the correct expiration date (2014) appear in the whois.

Meanwhile, the concerned domains continue to function properly.
This task will be closed once we have verified that all concerned domains have the correct expiration date in the whois.

Date:  Tuesday, 27 March 2012, 15:32PM
Reason for closing:  Done
Additional comments about closing:  The expiry dates are now correct.
