The network level 3 is not reachable from/to OVH. The problem seems to come from the peering between level3 and Globalcrossing in London.

Transits GBLX in London are reset. We did not note any more problems on the traffic flowing to Level3.
We will set new direct interco with the network Level3 in Paris and London next week.

Globalcrossing informed us that the routing problem was fixed:
Issue occurred on ar4.lon3.
duplicate ip address on turnup interface was causing routing instability.
duplicate ip address was removed to restore stablity.

We will reset the transit ports on London.

We observe now the same problem of routing on our ports of Paris.

We desactivated the intercos to Globalcrossing (AS3549) in London.The trafic to Level3 (AS3356) will flow via Amsterdam and Paris.
We didn't see any routing problem since that. We are going to investigate with Globalcrossing.
