The router has lost 1Gbps but this is not suupposed to cause failure. We guess the card # 1 has a problem.

We will switch to the card #2 manually.

The service is up.

It is the same.

We just found: one of 1Gbps is not working properly,but it is not down on one of the 2 sides,so we forced the DOWN on the 2 sides.
Everything is going well now.

A human error caused the problem.
A technician disconnected a link on production inorder to connect a new router,and having 2 routers on one port channel crushes completely the service.
