The router has a hardware problem. We must go on the spot to
see exactly what's going on and then change the cards
which are at the origin of the problem.

We think that the router will not be up before 12'oclock. Not before.

We forced the restarting of the router with a technician on the spot. The router is up again. We are checking if everything is ok.

We must restart the router a last time to switch again on the good IOS version. The router will be again unavailable during a few minutes.

The router is back to the nominal functionning.
