Some customers have voice problems.

We are looking for the origin of the problem.

The problem is solved.
After several tests and a surveilliance phase, no problem appeared.

we suspect that the clock of one of the intercos
was not updated a fact that caused problems
and the resolution of problems without our intervention.

we changed the settings a little to tighten the
clock synchronization between all our intercos
